I have only had this app for a few hours so am new, but i had an issue and Rosie replied within a minute and had it sorted within 5.

The features work well, but in my cart, the add-ons are displayed in multiple products instead of under the main product like in their demo. I contacted their support about it, and I received the most vague answer and no explanation to why it does that.

Did not work for me when I tried, sent a help email and got the app working in less than 5 minutes. Best customer service i have ever received.

App is now working flawless and is so easy to use.

I have used Globo Options on three of our store fronts and it fulfils our needs for customised options. The customer service is the best. They're very responsive and helpful. Definitely would recommend checking this app out!
