Globo Product Options, Variant

We’ve tested quite a few product option apps, and this one stands out by far. The setup is intuitive, the interface is clean, and it allows us to create complex product configurations without any hassle.

What we really appreciate is the flexibility – it works perfectly for custom products, bundles, and detailed option setups. Everything looks professional on the storefront and integrates smoothly with our theme.

Performance is also great – no lag, no bugs, everything runs reliably.

But the real highlight is the support team. Fast, helpful, and actually solving problems instead of giving generic answers.

Highly recommended if you want to level up your product pages and increase conversions.

This app does exactly what I needed for an item with multiples within it, such as my fragrance sampler.
Had one issue where options wouldn’t populate online, but reached out and Clara helped within MINUTES. Everything works brilliantly, and if it doesn’t, support is lightning fast and thorough.

We are using this app for customized products and are really happy with the features that the app offers and the help that we have received with customizing it for our needs.

Great customer service. The team was surprisingly fast at replying to all my enquiries, and were swift at implementing the custom changes needed. They were very smooth and easy to communicate with and understood exactly what I was after. They were very friendly, supportive, and happy to help me with all my requests. If the app doesn't allow you to achieve a certain look or function, you can be sure the team is there to help alter the code to your needs. One downside is that the code is only accessible to the Globo team, so all HTML changes needed, has to be made on their end.

In regards to the apps performance, it operates very efficiently, having little to no noticeable impact on page performance speed. It is exactly what I need for adding the custom personalisation to my product pages, and allows me to "template" my products, so variants my products share only need to be changed once when updates need to be made, as opposed to having to manually edit each product one at a time. The custom variants created in the app also act like custom variants, (showing in the side-cart and checkout as a variant of the product as opposed to an "add-on product"), and integrate seamlessly with my theme with no hassle.

My favourite feature of this app is the conditional logic, as it allows me to hide/show sections based on the users selections. I also like how you can create an add-on price for selections as well, making it perfect for subtle variant add-ons, where price doesn't vary for every variant combination.

Very impressive app overall, however it does have a downside. For add-on pricing, you can't make the price based on calculations/equations, (e.g, price = price x number, or , price = user-input x number), which is something I need to implement with my site. I may be able to figure out a way on my own, however the team says it is something they are unable to achieve at the moment. Hopefully in a future update they can add this feature, as I'm sure there are ways to achieve this kind of functionality.

I've been using Globo for about a year and a half now - I'm very happy with it and even when I needed some assistance, the team was very responsive and took care of everything immediately. Worth every penny!! 10/10!
