Globo Product Options, Variant

J'utilise Globo pour mon site de carnets de coloriages personnalisés, et leur application a GRANDEMENT fluidifié le parcours client sur mon site !
Leur SAV est incroyable, Mike et Rosie ainsi que leur dev team sont hyper gentils et réactifs, font tout pour aider avec une patience infinie, et surtout, ils savent ce qu'ils font. Un grand grand merci à Globo !! You're awesome !!

Since we changed to Globo, our options have increased allowing many more possibilities. If any issue, their resonse is prompt and correct enableing us to move forward smoothly.

Out of all the apps for product customization and extra variants, this one is in my top 3. Besides the wide variety of options it offers, it works perfectly, was very easy to implement in my store, and has excellent support.

Wow! After attempting to fix a code myself that strangely appeared on my cart page, I contacted Globo Chat live support. I was immediately connected to a wonderfully polite, and skilled technician. Rosie was very patient in helping me navigate to my Admin page. She fixed the problem in a jiffy and made me feel I was in good hands (on a Sunday evening, too!). Great job to the Globo team! I highly recommend using their "Chat live" to everyone in the Shopify online merchant community when a problem arises.

Great customer service. hats off for that, but this app does not support new Shopify themes. I have been reporting issues from the beginning, but no proper solution has been provided. They keep suggesting we use themes like Dawn, so what is the point of purchasing a new theme? I even subscribed to their third plan. Yes, the app does its job and is good in that sense, but what is the point if it cannot support newer themes? Do not tell clients to switch to a theme like Dawn when they have already paid for a new Shopify theme and your app and are simply asking for assistance. Very disappointed.

We’ve tested quite a few product option apps, and this one stands out by far. The setup is intuitive, the interface is clean, and it allows us to create complex product configurations without any hassle.

What we really appreciate is the flexibility – it works perfectly for custom products, bundles, and detailed option setups. Everything looks professional on the storefront and integrates smoothly with our theme.

Performance is also great – no lag, no bugs, everything runs reliably.

But the real highlight is the support team. Fast, helpful, and actually solving problems instead of giving generic answers.

Highly recommended if you want to level up your product pages and increase conversions.
