Great app and wonderful support team. Helped me int he middle of the night fix a glitch when I updated to a new theme.

Ive used the app on multiple sites. And it's always worked perfectly. Many options and customisations available.

The customer service is possibly the best ive experienced with any app developers. Not only were they super quick, but they even helped with some coding issues (without being asked) to make sure the app worked perfectly with a tricky theme.

I'm especially pleased with everything about the app and company as a whole.

I came across this app a while ago when I was looking for either a free or inexpensive way to add customization boxes to my website. Globo is the perfect addition for me!
I recently had switched my theme and didn't realize that globo didn't cross over to the new theme. I reached out for some help, and within an hour or so, they got me all taken care of! Customer Service is on point with this company!

This app was recommended by other vendors and I thought I would try it. I had some issues with compatibility with my theme. But Helen in customer service fixed the issue - very fast!! She was great and sent me emails letting me know what was happening. Great customer service and communications!!

Have been using this 3rd party app for awhile and love it. What is making me write this today is a recent incident that caused some issues on our website. I was removing some unwanted apps from the store and somehow this app was deleted. This was extremely worrisome as we had spent a great deal of time creating custom options sets for each of our products.

Long story short after it was reinstalled there was no infromation. I contacted customer service with a glimmer of hope that the data could all be returned. Within 2 hours they had got back to me and by morning all of the data was restored. This was a huge relief as we had paid our developers alot of money to customize the website.

The support I got my first time needing help with this app was amazing. I had an issue with my product options not showing up when the product was added to the cart. The support team responded promptly and fixed the issue by adding code to make it compatible with my specific theme and the issue was fixed in under 1 hour.

It's exactly what I need! It makes the design process on the customers end so much more interactive! It makes my store look great and the app staff were extremely helpful! Special mention to Rosie!
