Easy to set up custom radio buttons for our pharmaceutical product pages. Had an issue with options not displaying on Dawn theme, but the support team quickly jumped in via live chat and fixed it within minutes. Excellent customer service - highly recommended!

This was my first experience with the Globo app and it has been excellent. After upgrading to the latest version, I found the process of creating option sets to be much smoother and more intuitive. The support team was fantastic—specifically Clara, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in troubleshooting a few issues I encountered. Overall, a very positive experience!
You can set product options quite intuitively.
There are many customization options, which I find very convenient.
The support team responds quickly via chat, making this a very user-friendly app.

Our experience with Globo was beyond 5 star. We had an issue with products not showing up in the drop down menus so we clicked on the Chat Button, and within moments Mike and the rest of the Globo Team jumped on the problem and within an hour we got a email saying to try out the fix....VERY PROFESSIONAL

Great experience so far. Team has been prompt in giving quick responses and fix to our small issues in the process of implementation.
Just one suggestion please work on the live preview section. More than 90% customers shop our product on mobile device and we expect live preview to be seen as they type customisation inputs. Currently they have to scroll up and down to be able to see previews.
