Very good app,but still can't make the settings to keep inventory with size and colors. Is someone who can give a few advices.
It's good as a first step. If all goes well with your store you'll grow out of it fast as it has limited tools and integration with your store.
Very easy to use yet sophisticated. Amazing! We are currently using one of Globo's fatures for one of our products now and works perfectly!
I used this app to set up variants for our value packs as shopify variants had limitations. This product's team also went above and beyond to customise fonts, re-organise positioning etc. awesome app!
this app is amazing....we have been using this for almost a year now, we are a custom phone case store and this makes our life so easy. Great job guys!!!
Wow. I went through several product variant apps before landing on Globo, but none of them combined affordability and (very) large variant numbers. I allow customers to select from upwards of a dozen options, and that just doesn't fly with stock Shopify themes. Globo has been almost instantaneous in correcting my minor issues and I would recommend them to any shop.
App had a glitch and was allowing customer to checkout without making a selection on a required field. Couldn't discover how it was happening and then discovered that sometimes the selection was not loading at random time in browser. Upon showing this to tech support they quickly fixed the issue. Initially they were had out of office response for celebrating a long new years holiday, but as it turned out they were very responsive to email questions and quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with their customer support.
Very useful and stable app. I Love it. And I just love your customer support!:) So far, I only had good experiences with any apps made by globo!Keep rocking!
Excellent customer- I was having difficulty with the variants showing as unavailable late night/ early morning and sent an email after midnight EST thinking someone would get back to me later that day and advising I had a client trying to order...response was received quickly...they addressed the issue and had everything running smoothly before I woke up at 8:00 a.m. I had an email explaining the situation and a video to assist should the issue every arise again. I could not ask for better. I had told the customer that I was going to have my IT team look into the problem...and that is how I felt - like I had an IT team supporting my small business. Thanks again
P.S. love the app allows me to do what I need to do.
Honnêtement, j'adore cette application que j'utilise pour artistesportive.com car elle est simple d'utilisation est réponds exactement à mes besoins : celle d'avoir un encart de personnalisation. Pour une application gratuite franchement je suis très contente.
