The support is great and they will try and help when possible. The time delay is a bit of an issue though with being GMT+7 hours and sometimes you have to wait a day for things to be done. But the app is great value.

The Globo app is great. The setting options are excellent. I had previously used another app for 1.5 years and the app often had errors and almost made me give up my business. Then I discovered Globo and I'm super happy. The app looks very nice in the front end and is very easy to set up. The support is super helpful. I needed some advanced customizations made to better suit the app integrations with my workflows and packing slip printouts.
