Globo Product Options, Variant

Helen offered wonderful, quick and accurate customer service. Was a please to do business with. The Globo Product Variant has been easy to use.

I have used Globo for a few years now and have contacted them on a couple of occasions and always found them very responsive and helpful.
Overall the app is very straightforward to use and set up and I like that I can automate option sets to speed things up.
Recently I reached out to inquire about changing how the add-on prices show in the cart and Helen quickly got on to it and had it modified for me within a matter of minutes.
Highly recommend!

Great app, friendly and helpful staff, all perfect

We needed more options for our products than the standard 3 from Shopify. It works great, and the helpdesk is on-point (when you are a beginner like me, this helps to speed up the process). It feels smooth!

Very responsive and helpful to solve my problem.

Just got this app but loving it so far. I'm 62 years old and not very tech saavy. Globo has been very gracious and patient in my learning curve so far. They adjusted the app to integrate with my theme and it blends seemlessly into the product page. Mike has been very professional and helpful and customer service is fast. I'm in the U.S. and have found with other apps that they are not available when I'm up and working. I love that Globo is right there when I need help. As I work with them, I promise to come back and make updates to my review. But, for now they would get 6+ stars frome me and i highly recommend them for you too.

Comprehensive enough for free plan, easy to use.
