Oh boy, where to start? I just wanted the simple ability to have customers type in a name to etch on their Christmas ornament, journal or coasters. What a nightmare, not possible in Shopify - until Globo Products comes to the rescue. Rosie, spent a lot of time (hour and half) walking me through using their excellent product and then helping customize the background colors, what an amazing person. Amazing support.

MIke from Globo was fantastic this afternoon, he walked me through every step of the way to set up some personalization boxes. He was very professional and patient. 10/10

It's one of the most flexible apps i found on the store, and customer service answers fast even on the free version! Thanks to Rosie for her help setting up the cross sells!
