I've had a lot of contact with app developers over the past 3 years. Honestly the experience can be pretty frustrating. My experience with Globo is the prototype of what I'd look for. Quick, responsive, and does a great job of actively listening. Most of the contact with app developers revolves around them helping stores figure out how to address specific user specific issues. Globo knocked it out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the final result.

So far it has been super easy and intuitive to set up and get started with. Ran into one little issue but contacted their customer support and it was resolved within 15 mins. All round amazing especially considering it is free.

The team is super responsive to my questions and custom requests! I wanted to be able to add sliding scale price options (choose what you pay) on my site. This add-on meets my need! The developers were also able to customize the add-on option to match the font and color of my site. Their instructuional videos are also helpful. Thank you!

Amazing service! I needed a personalisation box on my website so downloaded this app, it worked perfectly with minimal effort but the style of the box and font didn’t match! I messaged the app team and in less than 24 hours they got it looking perfect for me. Honestly can’t thank them enough! I recommend to anyone wanting to add different options to your website. Much easier than trying to figure out how to do coding!

This app was incredibly easy to set up and integrate with my store's theme. I had spent days trying to code custom product options to no avail and was able to use this free app and achieved the needed result in minutes! The support team is top notch and helped me out even with my issue that had nothing to do with their app! I am blown away and absolutely thrilled to have found them. Having to submit a claim when you need help is a little bit tideous however, they respond quick and find a resolution to your questions/concerns fast. I also struggled to get multiple variants on Shopify but with Globo I can now have as many variant as I please! Very helpful and easy to navigate.

Not only is this a very useful add-in to my site; the customer support is excellent too.
I experienced a glitch when trying to edit an existing option set. I contacted Globo customer support who acknowledged my request and contacted me within an hour; talked me through how to grant them collaborator access, then fixed the problem overnight.

the best app out there. Easy to use. Super recommended. Operators also very quick to resolve issues.very intuitive ease of use, really well formulated. It makes work a lot easier. The best ever. We hope for updates that could make improvements.

This is an app with great customer support, fast service and they really care about their customers. I had to remove it because integrations with another company required I use a different app for my options (no fault of Globo's), but while I used it, it worked great, and I just want to say in their favor, this is an excellent company, and any changes or help I needed was attended to in the same 24-hour period.
