Globo Product Options, Variant

I uninstalled many apps but I keep this one because it's easy to use and the support team is quick and helpful. It helps me add more features to my store. I recommend.

Installed very easily, contacted customer support and instantly we had fantastic service from somebody called Helen. She was very friendly and polite but more importantly incredibly helpful and resolved our issues.

We are going into a testing phase and the app looks very promising for our store. We would definitely feel confident both recommending this app and reaching out to customer support if we had any issues.

I just installed this app and contacted customer service for assistance. Helen was incredibly helpful and efficiently resolved the issue. She was professional and polite. I am excited to continue using the app.

I would like to have had more control over the widget as someone who is on a free plan; yet the fact that you can reach out to one of their team to change the basic look of the widget is great. I had Helen help me tody, and she was so quick and efficiently edited the widget for me while staying in contact with me via email. She was lovely and I appreciate the help!

Globo has been great customizing our app for our specific needs. We use the product options for flavor selection, and wanted the layout on product page to look a certain way, as well as the selections to appear on the Shopify pick-list. They did both for us very quickly!
