Globo Product Options, Variant

I love the app and more importantaly love the ongoing support I receive when there is any issues. I highly recommend any of the GLOBO apps and youcan be rest asured you will be more than happy with them and there apps. YOU GUYS ROCK !!!!

I was having a lot of issues with this app when I first got it. I couldn't figure out why the new variants I created in the app weren't reflecting on the product I selected. It took some time, but eventually I was able to get someone, Rosie, from Globo to do a live chat with me. It was late at night because they are working from Vietnam, but I was just happy to finally have some help. Rosie walked me through everything and helped me get it setup and even helped me make modifications to my variants to make then easier for my customers to see.

Amazing! Love it, easy to use and have a lot of options and settings to help the customer create custom products. Works great!

The support team are also the best, even on evenings and weekends. Helen, you are my hero!

I like how to app works. There is always support I can reach out to when I run into some problem. Helen made sure that everything was taken care of.

I installed Globo Product Options, Variant because I wanted to offer a customizable version of my product and Shopify limited me to 100 variants. Once I installed the app, it was easy to use and navigate, and I was able to set up my first variant quickly and connect it to my product. I did, however, run into an issue where the app wasn't showing on the product page, so I contacted support and Helen responded quickly, fixing my problem almost immediately. She then went above and beyond and updated the colors/fonts to match my theme. I'm impressed by the app, but the customer service is truly what makes this remarkable. Helen is amazing and I'm very grateful for her quick reply, professionalism, friendly demeanor, and knowledge. I highly recommend this app.
