June update: I had an issue last week, and for about 4 days Helen (a representative) and her technical support team assistant me daily. Helen consistently emailed me with timely updates - without my request- and they made certain my issue was resolved. Very professional and very personable. Very happy with the Globo app. I had a minor issue with the set up however Helen from the support team fixed the problem promptly & efficiently.
