Had an issue installing the app and applying it to our website but Helen manage to solve the problem instantly.

It is a very good application.
When I had a problem, Helen in support resolved it immediately.
There is a contact form in the app and when I contacted her, I got a reply within 30 minutes.
She made some tweaks regarding the problematic UI and gave me a good explanation of the cause of the problem.

Wow! To be able to talk to a real person in the live chat, Rosie, when I am new to this and confused. It is unheard of today with the other Apps like this. The customer service alone is worth it.
