I love this app, very helpfull and everything i needed for my product. The team is very nice and response very quickly and very professionnal!

I needed a design feature coded in and they were able to assist me within 24 hours. I am so grateful. I was originally paying for a similar app but this one is much better.

App does exactly what we need for customising products. More than that though, the support is 100%. I had a question about formatting and within about an hour of asking, the job was done.

Love this app. I was able to use it to create customization options for certain products. Originally it wasn't displaying correctly when you add it to the cart but i reached out to their customer support and they were super helpful and fixed the issue almost immediately. I would highly recommend this app.

Just a heads up that the app seems to have a bug with the Simple theme where the checkout button won't work when you select an option that adds an upcharge to the item. That said, I sent an email to the developers and Eric was extremely responsive both in terms of how quickly he responded and how detailed and helpful he was. Eric and his team got the issue fixed within the hour and he also created a video showing me how another app from a different company was causing an issue on my site I wasn't aware of. Talk about great customer service! Overall I highly recommend the app. It does what it says and does so cleanly. Eric provided the best support I've ever received from any Shopify app to date.
