W3 Custom Product Options

Have used this app for a good few years and support and back up is 1st class.... Highly recommended.. Keep up the good work!

I went through an extensive evaluation of the top 5 custom product options apps and W3 Trends exceeded my expectations. These apps are NOT all the same, and neither are the teams that deliver them. The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. It is a huge relief to know that moving forward a key part of my business will be in good hands with the W3 Trends team, and their awesome software. Thank you!! Update: I've been using this app for 2 years now. I'm so impressed. More importantly, the customer support team is awesome. They respond quickly and help me get new features added quickly and troubleshoot anything that I can't figure out myself.

This product has been key for us collecting data from our customers at time of purchase. We find it flexible enough for our needs, without being too hard for us to maintain - well done!

I just installed the app today and had a few minor issues that I couldn't figure out. The tech team held my hand and responded via email immediately with solutions that were easy to follow. We can now offer workshops with variants that have add-on fees, and limit the total class size at the same time. So grateful for the help they provided today! As for the app - so far so good!

This app is fantastic and is exactly what I have been looking for. My store provides customers with both stock, and custom graphic assets, so this app provides customers with a convenient, one-page experience where they can input their project needs and tell us details about what they'd like. This app is super easy to use and gives us the means to further personalize items for our customers. It also lets us easily do adjustments across all the items faster than other similar apps I have used in the past. I am especially a fan of the conditional logic! Being able to hide or add other components only when needed keeps the look cleaner when not needed. Whenever I have had issues the customer service team has been quick to reply and help.

Perfect product for custom monogrammed products and I have tried them all. Awesome customer support, fixed a minor issue on my end in record time. Highly recommend! Super quick customer support as well.

Great app. Bit of a learning curve but once you've got it it works well. This app is integral to how we sell some items so we can't be without it. We had one issue with it but it was all sorted within a few hours of first contact with W3trends. Great support!

Diese App ist preisgünstig und unfassbar leistungsstark! Sehr viele Möglichkeiten, die conditional logic zu organisieren, Preise hinzuzufügen etc., das Ganze zu einem unschlagbaren Abo-Preis der App. Ich wollte, dass die App schneller lädt bei aufrufen der Produktseite, habe dem Support geschrieben, sie haben mir sofort geholfen und das für mich programmiert. So einen Service habe ich selten erlebt. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist einfach und verständlich. Man kann leicht Überschriften wählen und das Design passt sich optimal an das Shop-Theme an.
