W3 Custom Product Options

The best app. Great customer service..

I like this app a lot. I jumped from BOLD to W3 and am not looking back. Here are my key points

-Best product options app for Shopify
-Simplest Interface, very intuitive
-The ability to copy and paste long lists of options
-Simple conditional Logic
-Great support

Our products support a ton of variation. The biggest challenge we have is the need to support a fairly large make/model structure, with 20 or so “make” options conditionally showing about 300 total models. Building this out was so tedious in the BOLD offering and a pain to maintain/edit. With this app, we simply maintain a spreadsheet of all of our options, and then copy/paste the entire list in. SO MUCH FASTER! The interface is l much cleaner, the logical structure/relationships are much more intuitive, and has a much lower learning curve than others I have tested.

This was the last vestige of BOLD apps being on our store and I’m glad to have found a replacement. It's great to finally ditch the bad UI I’ve found in every BOLD App.

You can't beat the customer support and responsiveness of W3Trends. They just did some custom work for me on this app, charged me a fair price, and had it finished in less than a day. They will be my go-to team for any future shopify development.

Amazing app that does exactly what it claims to do. The support that the guys provide is fantastic as well. I needed a few small changes to make it seamless with what I was attempting to build and they stepped up the mark and made the adjustments at no charge and within a day or so! Really can't recommend this app enough - thanks guys!

I looked long and hard for just the right app to add custom product options. I tested a few and found this one great for my needs and easy to understand. Great support too.

This app is worth every penny. We've been using Custom Product Options for about 5 years and could not be more pleased. Every item we make is custom and requires a TON of information. Custom Production Options allows us to offer our customers convenient drop-down boxes, radio buttons, and text inputs where we need them. The conditional logic also allows us to ensure only the options needed are presented to the customer. Each time we've reached out to the developers for help, they responded quickly and we're very helpful. We're SO thankful for this app and the developers.

Been Using this app for more than 4 years and we love it!

This app has allowed us to create all the complex personalization features for our custom wine box products. The interface is easy to use and well designed. The support team always responds quickly to questions and are overall very helpful.

If you are looking for a solution for your custom product options, look no further - seriously. I went through roughly 3-4 apps and several RFPs with web developers trying to figure out a solution for what I needed and this was the only one with the proper functionality at the right price. Once you get a hang of it, its extremely user friendly. And, for anything you might not be able to get the hang of, their team is always available to help. Every question I have ever had has been answered within 24 hours by a real member of their team, and every issue I ran into was always resolved. Love these guys and so thankful that I found them! Also - I noticed another reviewer mentioned that they could not install the app and that it was a 'trap'. I completely disagree. I'm no web developer and I had zero issues embedding the code for this into my theme using W3's detailed step-by-step directions.
