I have used the Product Options app for several years and it is perfect for offering optional extras. Whenever I have needed support, it has been excellent. I highly recommend this product
We have been using W3 Custom Product Options on our site for a while, and it has been a game-changer for our business. Recently, after switching to a new theme, the plugin wasn't working as expected. I reached out to their support team, and they replied and resolved the issue in under 10 minutes—amazing customer service! This plugin is essential if you offer custom products on your site. Highly recommended, and we will definitely continue using it!
It's fine when it works, but sometimes it will not show anything, and it's a bit stressful not to have that complementary information when needed. But when it works, it's great. A little consistency or help with a human could be a good leap forward.
I am sorry that you are not happy with the app. Just for the record, we only have human support. No bots, no AI, no automated support, and each of your tickets were responded to within 10 minutes of the initial request when it was made during our business hours.

This app is worth every penny. We've been using Custom Product Options for about 5 years and could not be more pleased. Every item we make is custom and requires a TON of information. Custom Production Options allows us to offer our customers convenient drop-down boxes, radio buttons, and text inputs where we need them. The conditional logic also allows us to ensure only the options needed are presented to the customer. Each time we've reached out to the developers for help, they responded quickly and are very helpful. We're SO thankful for this app and the developers.
As a complete amateur, I have self taught the format and have found this easier each time I use it.

HORRIBLE APP. So many glitches, bugs, ALWAYS AN ISSUE with this app not properly working and now it's completely removed from my website even though I PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR THIS GARBAGE. DO NOT RECOMMEND
