We've been using this app for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. The support always responds if any issues arise, and the app has helped us provide a essential functionality to our website.

Shopify defaults to 3 levels of product options, and lets you create variants along those 3 planes. I needed to offer customization on 4 levels, and CPO has been OUTSTANDING in that capacity. It's so versatile, that I even offered a 5th aspect of customization that has an upcharge. Not only is the app versatile, it includes extensive easy-to-implement instructions. And the one time I hit a snag using snippets, their support team quickly helped me out with easy communication and intuitive understanding of a shop-owners needs. Worth every penny!

I went through an extensive evaluation of the top 5 custom product options apps and W3 Trends exceeded my expectations. These apps are NOT all the same, and neither are the teams that deliver them. The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. More than that though, the team at W3 Trends was outstanding, quick to respond, went above and beyond and really came through in the end. Update: I've been using this app for 2 years now. I'm so impressed. More importantly, the customer support team is awesome. This product has been key for us collecting data from our customers at time of purchase. We find it flexible enough for our needs, without being too hard for us to maintain - well done!

I just installed the app today and had a few minor issues that I couldn't figure out. The tech team held my hand and responded via email immediately with solutions that were easy to follow. We can now offer workshops with variants that have add-on fees, and limit the total class size at the same time. So grateful for the help they provided today! As for the app - so far so good!

This app is fantastic and is exactly what I have been looking for. My store provides customers with both stock, and custom graphic assets, so this app provides customers with a convenient, one-page experience where they can input their project needs and tell us details about what they'd like. This app is super easy to use and gives us the means to further personalize items for our customers. It also lets us easily do adjustments across all the items faster than other similar apps I have used in the past. I am especially a fan of the conditional logic! Being able to hide or add other components only when needed keeps the look cleaner when not needed. Whenever I have had issues the customer service team has been quick to reply and help.
