Works great. Didn't work on my theme and they spent the time to install it manually and it's working great.

This app is very helpful to clearly state our variants for our product options to our customers!! Very clean cut and easy to use.
Customer service is super fast and helpful as well to help you get the most out of this app for your website! Samuel L. Was very helpful and talked me through step by step on chat when I couldn't find a button!
If you're looking to add additional options to your products (in my case engraving g) this is the absolute best app for doing so. Everything "just works" and I was able to offer engraving on hundreds of products throughout my store in about 15 minute with this app. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed how quickly the team was able to install my app. I'm not very computer savvy, so having a good team behind the product is important.
Although there are some limitations with this app (i.e. being able to display a price breakdown per line item on the cart page) which could be due to our theme and/or modifications we've had to implement to our site, the response and help from Bold's techs are top notch. They are very responsive and try to help solve problems offering different work-arounds that are sufficient for the time being until the figure out how to fix the issue with a more permanent and useful way. I've had the opportunity to work with a number of their techs and reps; Mona, Rony, Rick, Samuel, Grant, Jericho, Julian, Christophe, and Nirav - and all have been helpful in one way or another. I can't wait to see what they bring with the next app update!

The extent of customization and features added through Bold Product Options takes the shop experience to another level. Updates are rolled out automatically. Support is quick to respond and knowledgeable in resolving issues.

I also worked with Jennifer and Caleb (or someone who pretended to be Caleb). Awesome group over at Bold. Highly recommend their Apps!
