We've been using Product Options for awhile now and they keep improving everything.

Cole & Julian have been very helpful with small things and here in the styling department.

I'm updating my review in 2021.
My product options often disappear by themselves on selected product options groups, particularly in those groups which contain more than 200 products. It's disappointing when customers tell me they are not able to see the options, and then I go into the products and realise the options have disappeared, and I have to reassign the options to these products.
I've feedback to the team but they told me they couldn't do anything about it. On option groups with smaller number of products assigned to them, they work well. This was my review in 2014.
Wonderful app! I'm delighted to know that I need not go into each product to amend the options in future, eg.. if I ever change the sizing options (I run a tee store by the way). And I love it that they let you set conditions to the options. If customer choose this, then that option will appear. it's very cool! :D

This product is great for our store needs - We use it for various add-ons for our products, variations and color swatches. Nir provided outstanding technical support!

I have been experimented problems with this app for so long.

But support reached me after my review and took care of all the issues, i wished the problem was solved sooner but it's fixed.

Jeff via support chat and Jason who gave me a hand with the install and the walk through are awesome and the app is amazing so far as well. I'm really impressed by the responsiveness to my questions and they definitely go above and beyond.
Alina and Emira helped me out today and were amazing to work with. I am really impressed with the support - everyone is helpful and so patient.

The app developers recently rolled out a new update which took away a specific feature that I used on a daily basis. I contacted customer service and they worked with me over the next few weeks, talking to developers, and eventually added the feature back on. Customer service was amazing and very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The update is great and we are very happy with the app. :) Thank you!
