SC Product Options

This app was just what I was looking for to offer a variety of options for my melamine prayer plates & personalized placemats. I am impressed that I can change options quickly within the app instead of having to edit each individual product. The support staff was quick and efficient in responding to both my request to install the app as well as to fix an issue I was having once it was installed. I would definitely recommend this app and this company!!

Holly was focused on helping us with a problem and didn't give up until it was solved - all within the same day. When someone cares about a customer like that, and can do something to actually help, you can't ask for anything more. There is one challenge though - it's all done through email which at times is difficult for some of us, but I have to admit it worked just fine for me.

On top of making it easy to offer simple options for our products, This app is allowing our vendors to offer customizable options that allow customers to create custom products based on the options they wish to offer, which opens up an entire new way for our customers to shop. This app is helping us to allow customers more incentive to shop with us compared to our competitors since our customers can create special custom products, unlike competition, which does not offer these types of abilities.

Only great things to say about this app. Not only is the functionality what we need to let customers select a gift box option, the installation is simple. We had a few customizations that needed to be implemented which was handled quickly and professionally. Great communication with the developer. Five Stars all around.

3 days and so far a perfect addition. If you have any need for customer input upon a sale this is the best solution around. You could use Google Docs Forms but they look really unprofessional (but hey, it's free), or you can get a Premium service that looks great but gets expensive really quickly. Plus its one less workflow you need to worry about and for $10/month it's worth it.

The support team is very responsive and friendly. There's a very particular feature we would like to have and they immediately offered to look into it and see if it can be customized in our store.

We are very impressed with the product options app. It has given our website a great new look and feel. The support and development teams are excellent in dealing with any queries i had to ask.
