This app is awesome! This is the second site I have used it on.

The Customer Service is top-notch and speedy either by Chat, or creation of a Service Ticket.

The Techs are just amazingly knowledgeable, speedy, and friendly. I've never tried another options app, and don't intend to.

Had a call with Harun so he could give me an overview on how to use the app and it was extremely helpful. His communication was great and I quickly learned how to get set up.

Unfortunately, I now have to get something off my chest. The app actually always worked perfectly! After a new theme update, the live theme was duplicated. In the backup, an attempt was now made to reinstall the app with the automatic installation. I was informed that the automatic installation did not work. In addition, the formatting of the Live Theme was completely destroyed. The backup theme was explicitly selected, but the live theme was also attacked. The support does not consider it necessary to fix this error, instead you are only put off that it will take a little more time. Who will pay for the damage caused by your mistake?

I loved this app for a few years, but lately it has had so many glitches and I have has so many customers reach out telling me they can't access the customization. The customer service didn't help enough and I ended up having to move to a new app.

Great app! They have lots of options to customize your product variants. And if you have an ideas or suggestions, they are always willing to help make it happen when they can. I've been very happy with what I've been able to do so far and look forward to what they continue to roll out! Plus, Jason and his team are very responsive whenever I have questions. Overall, I'm very happy with the app!

Staff was extremely helpful and responsive. I needed help moving options around our add to cart button. Within 20 minutes of my request the change was implemented and they also taught me how to do it for future reference.

We have used this app for several years and it has solved our issues for products with large numbers of variants. We recently had a problem with updating prices on an Option Set created several years ago. Nicholas and Sanjey were super helpful, quick to respond and solved our issues. Highly reccommend!

I have been a loyal user of Bold Options for over 4 years, and during that time, it was a reliable and effective tool for my store. However, my recent experience with their service has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.

The trouble began when I decided to refresh my store with a new theme. Contacting Shop Circle to help with the app installation on the new theme was where the problems started. It became apparent that the transition to Shop Circle has significantly impacted the competence and efficiency of their support team.

I reached out to the support team, specifically contacting Khushbu, Jeff, Nisha, and Nicholas, hoping for a prompt and effective resolution. However, the support I received was not only horrendously slow but also unhelpful , all of them said that they were working on it and will contact me when fix, but they never did.

The inability of the support team to address and resolve the issues I've encountered has left me with no choice but to explore alternative solutions for my store.

For those seeking a dependable solution, it might be worth considering alternatives that can offer the level of service and assistance needed to navigate the evolving landscape of e-commerce.

I have used the app for years and it works really well for my store's needs. I recently had some order details not come through, used the online chat and spoke with Jeff who discovered the issue quickly and then fixed it for me. The problem was the Shop Pay checkout that Shopify added. Great experience overall with this app.
