I am stunned with the customer service of Shappify. The way I wanted to use this app is a bit different (and I thought impossible) to accomplish, so I uninstalled it. I then got a personal email from James, and he asked me why I uninstalled. I explained it to him, and he proceeded to spend OVER THREE HOURS OF HIS TIME fixing my product.liquid page so that it could handle the functionality I wanted from this app. He went WAY OVER AND BEYOND my wildest expectations of customer service, staying over 30 minutes after he was supposed to get off from work. A++++ Shappify has my business for life.

What can I say about Product Options. There's not enough space nor do I have enough time. I have multiple fire departments needing a variety of different options for their individual collections. Sizes, colors, styles, names, certification tags, and the list goes on. It was impossible to get what I needed with Shopify standalone. And then I added Product Options. Not only did it completely handle everything I needed and then some. AND it was incredibly easy to set up and get up to speed. Now with a click I can add anything they throw at me. Bold Commerce... 2 thumbs up for Product Options. (3 if I had that many)
One small tweak to get it all running. One phone call and it was implemented while I was on the call. Terrific support. In over 40 years in business I've not found better.

Ok so I installed the app yesterday and let me tell you I’m not tech savvy at all... I spent the day trying to work it out and had to admit defeat...

I sent an email to the support team and was contact very quickly. Paul, my knight in shining armour saved this damsel in distress. Seriously I felt like a dumbo but Paul fixed everything in just a few minutes! He even gave me a call to walk me through step by step instructions. I can’t thank you enough Paul x

Get this app, you won’t regret it and its worth every cent!!!

Love this app and I love Bold, I have used their apps before and they are amazing. The customer service is always the best and I can honestly say that these guys have solved what could have been major problems in the past with some of the apps they have created. Great job guys!

So this app solved a MAJOR problem for me. While I am still deploying it and have not completed I can already tell it will do much better than the prior Product Option (free app) app I had.

The previous app once it adds the product to the cart you could manually remove parts of the bundle which it shouldn't allow. I lost hundreds of dollars due to this by the time I found it.

This Product Options from Bold allows the item to be added (with the options and price adjustments) to the cart and you are not able to remove line items.

Thank you for making a great product and saving me hundreds of dollars in lost sales.

I had emailed in to support to get the app setup, I tried to follow the instruction but must have missed something along the way as it did not work as expected.

Within a day or 2 (I believe it was a weekend when I deployed it) Raphael Silva deployed it for me. (now I did an update on my theme this same weekend) I had to email Raphael once he completed it as the theme changed between sending the request and him deploying it so he could update the correct theme with the app.

It was done within 12 hours so for me that was a great turnaround knowing the hours of the support center.

Once deployed MC reached out and stated they would like to log in the next day and clean up the look of it for me. WOW it now looks like it is all part of the theme and I couldn't be happier.

Amazing job and support!

We couldn't run our store without this app. We rely on it for custom products that require sizing without inventory. The support Bold offers is critical. Simran on live chat is the best and cleared up and remaining issues!
