The app works and when there a technical question I have or something that might not work instantly, the team are quick to resolve this through the support tickets and are open and honest about the time it take to finish a task. This app is essential to my business. I use it to list options for all the different products I sell.

Not gonna lie, it has been a learning curve and I have had some issues. There are a lot of moving parts and certain Shopify features and themes don't integrate seamlessly with Product Options.

With that being said, I asked for help and help I did receive. I was blown away by the customer service I received from MC. She personally addressed all my issues one by one. She walked me through how to fix things and had a dev take a look over my listings and make the necessary adjustments. She kept in constant contact with me through the entire process, even on a weekend. I can tell she truly cared and wanted to help me get things working and I really, really appreciate that.

The app is now running smoother than ever. All along it has been exactly what I need so I'm very pleased to have it working properly. The swatches are beautiful. Just the right size to show the different prints and patterns. I love that I can keep track of inventory and up charge for premium options. This app is well worth the price for the time it saves me alone. It's fantastic. It's essential. And I love it.
