It does the job, but it is the most expensive app I use at $20/mo and still has weird glitches and snafus. Every once in a while all the connections I build just seem to randomly break and I have to rebuild them. Behind the scenes, the use of the hidden products are clunky: they junk up my product list and don't translate well when importing into my shipping program, such as onto customs forms, because they are being imported as a separate product rather than a product variable.

But it was the only working option for conditional logic options (at least at the time I purchased it), and it allows me to increase the options above the Shopify allotment, so I keep working with it. And their customer service is pretty good.

Overall, I like the app. I've been using it for a few years. It handles most of what I need. Their team is very responsive and helpful whenever I have an issue, so I really appreciate that. I recommend giving this app a try!

It took a while to set this up and I would recommend spending the money to have Bold update your code. My questions were answer quickly and I like the look of everything now.

Great application to use for creating input text and drop down menus. We are able to breakdown the inputs required from the customer line by line to get the info we require. We have seen an increase in sales due to the new functionality of the website.

support team is really helpful and are able to find solutions to a few teething problems I had. Back support is so important.

This app was exactly what I needed for my custom stationary business. It works flawlessly and allows my customers to give me their information with ease. Great app and highly recommended!! My only comment and why it didn't give it 5 stars is I wish options could change the price of the item. That would be great!

The missing star is reflective only of technical APP limitations on complete customization facility. Thanks to you and Tyson again, for all your incredible work to resolve the issues, and complete our site dev for the BOLD segment, finally getting us underway after our sites languishing for many months. Good app. Good people. Sometimes support is unresponsive but when they do respond they are very good.

Good options app that after 7 years needs a bit of development, but really quick response from the support team, whom since they have been taken over by Shop Circle, knock BOLD out the park in terms of quick support. Shout out to Alina in support who was very quick in her response and helping out.

Our products require more options that Shopify is constructed to deal with natively so we were forced to find a solution elsewhere. After doing some research we settled on the Product Options app and it has been just what we needed. We've been able to give our customers the variety that they wanted and increase our functionality. Now that conditional logic has been added we're excited to take advantage of it and streamline our inventory even more.
