SC Product Options

I have been using this app for years. now we updated to a new theme and ran into some problems. But the support of Bold Option App was super quick and helpful to fix all the issues. Now everything rans perfectly again. Thank you for the kind costumer support service

I had an issue where customers were purchasing custom products without selecting any of the options that were set on my Bold Product Options App. I figured it had something to do with the new theme we had just implemented, so I contacted the Shop Circle support team to take a look at the issue. They solved my problem within 24 hours and helped me tweak a couple of things that were not part of the original issue or even problems at all. Very good customer service.

The app performs as it should but the main reason for the good review is the support. You talk to a human on the live chat and not an AI bot and if chat can't sort it, the problem generally gets fixed within 24 hours by a developer.

Jeff at Bold Options is very helpful. The support team is skilled at making edits to the Shopify product pages and understands the user experience during checkout. I appreciate their help and love using the app to customize options during checkout.

This app has given us the option to offer more menu selections in our Shopify Store and we have been very happy. We did have one glitch with some old code and I was not able to fix it myself, I reached out to Bold Products Option customer support, there one of their staff Alina, had responded immediately and was there for me until the issues was quickly resolved. She even fixed some things with our code while she was in there. This was a great customer service experience for me. Thank you Alina and Bold Product Options!

Although this app isn't the easiest one we use, it works perfectly for us and the customer service is fantastic. Specifically, Irfan was very helpful as we work to update our site to Shopify 2.0.

App is easy to use, works great for monogram options etc. and customer service is exceptional with quick resolves! Would definitely recommend this app!

An absolutely great app that include options that SHOULD be included in Shopify. Always quick responsive support. A must have app if you need custom options on your products.
