Wow, just phenomenal. I needed some tweaks done and they got that fixed quick. Amazing service, amazing app. The best!

Can't apply options modularly; have to make a whole new set for an item if it has just one tiny difference. If you have a large catalogue with variations expect to be reinventing the wheel over... and over... and over. Changes made in app can take 30 minutes to appear on the site, or not appear ever and require developer intervention (this is a showstopping problem! Especially combined with...) Conditional logic stops working on random widgets of random products and need to be caught, unset/reset in app, typically when a customer takes the time to notify us that something isn't working right. Setting up conditional logic requires visiting two separate places in the app, which is slow and tedious. Ridiculous design choice really. Why two stars? We came from Infinite options, and this was a huge step up from that. We used this and dealt with its shortcomings for over a year. For those weighing options, give W3 Product Options a shot. The staff replied to us within minutes while they were open, with a well thought-out response, and a comprehensive fix from the get-go. Since getting everything situated just right we've had absolutely zero snags that weren't us setting something wrong (redoing the logic on our site was a >24 hour effort, we were exhausted). Their backend is better designed, widgets more functional, whole system works faster. They allow options to be assigned to products a la carte, which has netted us insane gains on upsell efforts, enough to pay for their monthly subscription ,multiple times over, daily.

After a year being with the app and managing lots of frustration with previous bad experience with BOLD, I'm now actually trying to come away from this app mainly due to the poor level of customer service I have experienced over the last 2 weeks when requesting a copy, paste and check process.

The service model is friendly and personable but lacks the attentiveness, knowledge and support experience for delivery success and management of customer expectations.

This is just my experience but work does not get checked, communication has to be chased and most important in service support, customer expectations are not managed and customer success management is very poor.

I appreciate everything that has been attempted to deliver service but at the premium I am paying for their product, the service level is poor. I am now seeking an alternative product with a stronger support model.

In my opinion, a stronger focus on service delivery would help BOLD rather than a strong focus on being nice and passing the ball around. The very nice part should always be there but the customers needs professionally should come first followed by the nice engagement. I will be removing the app once i have found a more suitable vendor.

I hope my review helps Bold aspire to be the service delivery vendor they consistently aim to be.

This app is really great once you get it to do what you want. I would give this app 10 stars if I could get the awesome help that I received from Naman and MC in the middle of the night when you need it the most.

Support has been stellar! I'll be ecstatic when they add the ability to add a sku to a variant within the app itself but that's the only thing missing. Again, support is super!

Super powerful app. Can't imagine doing what we do without it.

Awesome team as well. I think our theme was a more difficult then normal install and we also wanted to do some odd things, and the Bold Team was there to help every step of the way.

They really went above and beyond!

The service I received from Bold was the best I have received from anyone I've worked with since replatforming to Shopify. Cole was amazing, super responsive, helpful, answered all of my questions and did everything quickly and accurrately. Beyond impressed - the app is amazing and will allow us to do so much more with our product. Thanks Cole! Great experience.

We use more than one of your products but I'll just talk about product options. We use product options to allow customers to custom order a belt. They can choose to monogram it for a completely custom product. We launched this around father's day and saw a handful of sales from this the first day - contributing to a larger average cart and it paid for itself in the first day!
