The bold support team is AMAZING! I had just a couple tiny tech questions about integrating with my template and they were a huge help. They hopped right on and fixed the issue for me. They answered any questions I had and were super fast. I couldn't believe it! Thank you guys so much for making my store awesome :)
I'd rate this app 4 stars, but gave it 5 due to how helpful the CS team always are! We use this app for a LOT of products, and will run into a glitch here and there as expected - but the team at Shop Circle (shout out to JEFF!!) are always there via their live chat to help us out super fast with any issues we may encounter. Definitely would recommend this app for anyone out there thinking about it.

We have been using this app for a few years ago and I required help on setting up new options. Rony help was brilliant. I have had this app since 2014, it is perfect! I recently updated my theme and the Bold Team assisted with installing the new liquid. Alina & the bold team responded right away and were able to assist me every step of the way. This app is perfect for my store, thank you!

I am new to using Bold and had some confusion with the app. Rony and Nirav were very helpful in guiding me to add options to products in my Shopify account. Rony even sent a video! Awesome! Very helpful!!
We use Product Options heavily in our store and very possibly to a larger extent than any other store. The issues we have had with the app are limited, and the provided customer support has always been good. Aman was my most recent support rep and we greatly appreciate the time and energy spent dealing with us.

This app is awesome and does exactly what I needed it to do for my options for my website. MC with customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. I highly recommend this app to anyone needing to use multiple options for their products.
