SC Product Options

This is the best app I've found to add options to customize or build a product. We sell hand stamped jewelry and nothing is a 'stock' item. Every purchase must be configured by the customer. Without this app we would not have a web store. We went with Shopify because of this app as well as some of this companies other apps. None of Shopify's competitors had any other apps like it. I highly recommend this app and this company.

This app has been a HUGE benefit to us! One of our differentiators is our massive customization offerings, and with Shopify's limitations on variants, we couldn't do what we do without BOLD. Yes the install takes a bit of work because you do need to get their team to help install sometimes, but it's worth it and you get to connect to someone to ensure it's done correctly. The only thing I wish is that Bold didn't make you pay so much for each app. Buying one of their products should give you a big discount on their others but it doesn't. Alina helped me make sure that the installation process was smooth and made me feel confident that If any problems arose the Bold team would be there to help.

This app is really useful for setting up conditional variants and individually managing inventory on each of them. I ran into a few hiccups getting the setup to work, but Guri from their livechat support helped me out and answered way more questions than they had to.

This is probably one of four apps from bold I use on my site and they make awesome stuff.

An indispensable addition if you have products with multiple options. Easy to use with great support from the Shappify team.

Not only is this app amazing, but the team at Bold is so helpful and makes integrating their apps into your shop a breeze. I always recommend their suite of apps to clients! (Also big shout outs to Cole for being a rockstar!)

This app did take a couple of days to perfect (appearance wise) on my website. It wasn't something I could fix myself so I did have to wait on support to get me through some minor appearance issues. But the support team was quick to get back with me and they fixed my problems right away.

I do recommend this app, but just be prepared to possibly need some support with certain themes. Until now, I can finally offer my customers an "add a chain" option directly on each product page instead of having to create numerous variants by including different length chains in the prices in the main drop down menu. Much easier for my customers! And a great opportunity to upset to your customers!

I had trouble syncing my website to some options I added to the products page, and being a not-so-tech-savvy person, I had my issues. I reached out to Bold Product live chat, and I got connected within minutes with a nice gentleman name Ryan. He pointed out where I should fix my errors, confirmed that the conditions I created were all correct; and all I needed to do was to wait for the sync to complete and the products will be ready on my website. Top notch customer service from Shubhneet! Whoot whoot! I wish every company was as friendly and competent with their service as this one. I had three separate issues, one was resolved with chat, the other two a few hours to fix. Shubhneet knew exactly what was causing the issues and handled it like a boss.
