Spent about 30 hours incorporating this app into our website -- it worked for about 3 days then all of the sudden the prices don't transfer to the cart. We had to shut down our entire business on Friday because nobody from Bold would answer our emails. When they finally did answer they said "we're swamped".....really? Great response Bold and thanks for the loss of revenue.
We paid these people $40 to install the code and $19.99 a month for nothing. I'd stay away from this app unless you want to lose money....

Be Warned! This app cannot be used with the shopify Pinterest buyable pins option. If you use this app none of your variations will show on the pinterest buyable pins.
You will have to hand type all of your variations on each product and not use this app to have a buyable pin on the new Pinterest service.
Sure would be nice if Shopify or Bold would let people know this before they purchase this app.

The product documentation is horrendous. It's clearly written to be deciphered by an astrophysicist, but not to an average user. There must be some hidden *modes* in configuring the options. I am literally scouring the screen, page by page, pixel by pixel, trying to locate some invisible radio buttons that are so ludicrously so well concealed!
It's been TWO weeks and I am still trying to figure out how to justify my US$19.99 / mth subscription. Obviously, my optimism has been misplaced...
So many bugs, so many order errors - we've just had an absolute nightmare fulfilling our Christmas orders because of Bold Product Options. Spend thousands of dollars in development fees trying to streamline and customise the app to make it work effectively, as we'd already launched and committed. Frustrated customers missing out on orders because of missed variants. Very, very disappointed.
It doesn't work. I tried using it in 2 different stores and both times it simply brings you back to the starting screen where you have to enter your URL. Should you need to manually install it, there was no prompt to do so.
AVOID AT ALL COST, unless you have a lot of time dealing with their dragging support who tries all the tricks they can think of to make you give up contacting them. If you have all the time in the world to deal with their support by all means.
The worst app, hands down, with the worst customer service ive ever experienced. What a joke. i called the customer service number and literally woke the woman from sleep at 11:28 am. She answered "hello?"
i was like "is this bold??" She didn't tell me her name, etc. and gave me the runaround for 30 min. Told me it was MY fault. unbelievable!!!! Update: after 2 weeks, im CONFIRMING that this is the worst app you'll ever pay for.

Do not make the mistake and install the app
Their app downloads a code to the template and then destroys other things. I had to take something and pay him money to repair the damage they caused. And I'm not talking about the sales I lost
Be smart and do not download their apps !! Even if it's free
