We love this app! finally, this is exactly what we were looking for! Product Options by Bold is Amazing! It’s really seamless and works exactly as advertised. We have been using it for a few weeks now and we have had no problems. Looks like a lot of effort went into making features that actually work. To be honest, I am more of a phone person so it took me awhile to get on board with this whole email method. However, I have found that Bold is very responsive and very helpful. I still wish I could talk to someone sometimes, but if I hang in there my questions get answered. My latest issue was pretty complicated and Warren really went above and beyond to help me fix the situation. Outstanding customer service--just have to get used to the email!
