SC Product Options

We had a lot of problem, but it seams like bold have solved it. So for now the app works as it should.

Shopify just can't do everything. Sometimes you need that one feature, and for me Product Options by Bold was it. I needed the ability to have separate images for my customers to select an add-on product and this was the perfect solution. The support team was able to help get me up and running and tweak it just how I needed. If you need extra product options beyond shopify's native capabilities, this is the you app you need!

I absolutely love this APP! My store sells personalized items so the ability for customers to upload pictures and texts to the items before adding them to the cart was a MUST. This makes order fulfillment much easier!

Am really liking the app and have only had 1 issue. I contacted Bold Support and they had it fixed within a day. No issues here! Kudos to Nicholas for being so awesome and taking care of my problem quickly!

Was able to find a work around to use the app for the Food recipes in my website. I paid for the installation fee since I have beginner web developing skills and whats awesome about is that I had them adjust the layout of the options around 3 times until I was able to achieve the look that I needed. So thanks also for the Great support Alexa and team! I will surely consider buying other Bold Apps next time to improve my site because of their awesome customer service! Keep it up guys!

I have to say that this company has the BEST customer service...and I mean the BEST!!! They have been very willing to help walk me through steps to getting my options uploaded onto my site each time I have called. I emailed a request to change something and it was done almost immediately after I sent the email.Their email communication is also amazing! So far, the options app is working out great for our website and I look forward to adding more of the features it enables us to use. I highly recommend both this app and the company! Thank you guys for such great service! :-)

I am in the process of creating a print on demand store and am an extremely passionate print engineer being associated with it for over 22 years.

The "vistaprints" of the world have created print websites with online design tools that allow a customer to create their own printed material using a design tool in a browser window. However, everyone is either not a designer or not necessarily adept at designing / layouting artwork in a browser window.

I wanted to create a method and service for those people who are not comfortable moving their text and graphic around on a template and then placing an order. This for those who see a template, like it and then say here is my text and here is my logo and here is my image, put it together and print 250 pcs.

This is where Product Options made me do just that - ask them for their text, logo, image, open file, artwork, just about anything they want to send to me to incorporate into the design template shown in my product page. Then my design team gets into action retrieving the information from the Product Options form on the order page, incorporating that information into the design template using a professional desktop publishing software and viola - we create print designs which are free of errors, no text close to the edges, high resolution files and printer friendly artwork which results in beautifully printed products.

So thanks to Product Options and Shopify that i am in the process of taking my print shop online.
