It is such an easy app to use and so many options! It has everything I wanted for my products and more. Definitely the best app by a mile!

Gave their staff login to implement the app and they managed to break it meaning customers were getting things for free... and now their team havent responded

Amazing customer support. Had trouble installing the app to my custom theme and paid $40 for the custom install option – it was done in 1-2 days! I'm not sure why I wasted so much time searching the App Store for a better App than one made by BOLD? I've used them before and I should have stopped trying to be cheap and just went with what I knew worked - not to mention reliable customer service. Thanks for your help Carter - appreciate you going the extra mile and triple checking that your App would fit all my needs. Do yourself a favor and go with Bold. They've been around a long time and know what they're doing. A+

This app is absolutely one of my favorites. All of my products are able to be personalized and some require very specific information. I would have to communicate with every single customer 1 on 1 to get the necessary information without this app. Shoppers want things to be simple and user friendly. This app allows my buyers the assurance that everything is being provided for the personalization they need for each of their products. I really do not know what I would do without Bold Apps
