Tamer was awesome! He got back to us each time in a very timely manner and was very nice. I thought we were a little too over analytic in the exact responsive settings we needed for our Shopify store but Tamer took care of all the issues we needed each time we asked, and he did not make us feel like we were too "needy" of the issues we needed fixed.

Fantastic app - every Shopify store should have this installed by default!

So this seems to bee working well, perfectly actually. All the Product Options apps are a little difficult as they all seem to require a bit of liquid coding, which I was unable to do, and I tried 3 different ones. The team at Bold did an install for me, took under 3 days and appears to work great. Good looking product options with conditional logic and ability to format, which is huge. The price add ons seem to be working well also. If this app holds up, definitely 5 stars. Shout out to customer service team members Laurel, Precious and Kaiser, and to Raphael for the install. Thanks!

I'm really loving the ease of this app. It can do a lot and there's some figuring out along the way but, overall, it's great. Also appreciate their top notch support. Henrique has been a huge help with a few things and I feel like I'm in really good hands.

It's in Staging mode for now as we're testing it out still but so far so good. Really helpful support and Developers are quick to optimize the app to our needs. Feel free to outreach them if you need some specific customization.
We're missing some functionality like picking add-on item from Shopify catalog instead of upload images from the zero but Developers mentioned they're working on increasing features in a future and collect all feature requests from their customers, so hopefully our request will be heard.

The Bold Products option App does not work well with some other Bold Apps. However, As far as I can tell this is a fault of Shopify. Their support team have been very helpful in getting done what they can, Shout out to my support guys Dylan Bach and Ryan who have provided 5 star service and reply time, even though the app they is supporting could use some work.

I had installed the Product Options app on a site a couple years ago and I hesitated to install it again as I remembered that there were several edits required to the liquid code. I thought I'd try it anyway - to my SURPRISE and DELIGHT I installed the latest version with one click - it's now automated! Amazing!!

Using the Options app was very straightforward. I had one annoying issue with the Cart, and decided to reach out to see if the folks at Bold could save me some time trying to troubleshoot. Julian was quick to respond and quickly solved my issue. He went above and beyond when I mentioned an additional problem that may or may not have been related to the Bold integration.

He was very professional and easy to correspond with, and I am very pleased with how the app is working. I feel confident moving forward as I know they have a solid team behind their app(s) should I ever need help!

Good options app that after 7 years needs a bit of development, but really quick response from the support team, whom since they have been taken over by Shop Circle, knock BOLD out the park in terms of quick support. Shout out to Alina in support who was very quick in her response and helping out.
