I have just started to switch over to the Bold Product Options App. The support has been GREAT! Rajni has especially helped me today with understanding the option sets and logic. Thanks!So excited about Bolds Product options app! First, I used another app, and there was just no way to add swatches to my customize-able products. Switching to Bold, they are giving me great support, free trial, and swatches for my products! So excited to see the difference in sales the more I use this feature, especially.

Love the name change. From Shappify to Bold Apps. Bold name! I love this Product options app. Without this app I would have taken up more products then actually visible. This is a great app if you are an apparel shop or selling goods with different options. This app has saved me money and time. Some things are a bit confusing when it comes to installation if you arent a seasoned pro but if you can follow instructions and go step by step you will understand the installation in no time OR you can pay a 1 time fee to have BoldApps do it for you. All in all i am happy with the app and will continue to use it for as long as my site is active. Thanks!

The only reason I am giving any stars at all is that once the app is finally working it does what it says. My problem is more with the customer services I received. Each reply back to them took days to get an answer and even though I had gotten one reply on a Saturday, when the problem escalated to a LOT of lost sales I was given the excuse that they are closed on the weekend (then why did I get a reply on the middle of a weekend day?).

Basically the initial installation which I paid and additional $50 to have done, was done incorrectly. Didn't get a reply for three days and had to use an old version of my theme to make due for the mean time. That was fine, it happens. But then instead of fixing the theme it was suppose to be on they wrote over my back-up copy of my old theme and it was STILL broken! (when you ask for the installation they ask for the themes that you'd like it done on so why this was mixed up I will never know). So for the busiest time period of my shop I was left with no functioning theme, no back-up to resort to, and no apology other than another couple of days wait (this had gone on for well over a week) other than we are closed on the weekend I'll fix it now and never actually said when they were done. Later I discover the test settings they'd put to make sure things were running were still left active so a few of my listings had blank drop downs labeled test, making my site look kind of sloppy.

My back-up theme is still written over and has to be completely rebuilt and after all the money I lost because of their multiple mistakes you would have thought a refund or some comped subscription credit was in order. I lost easily $500 to $700 in sales given how high my abandon cart rate jumped over this time period. Very very very unhappy with this company's service

Works nicely once installed properly.

Price is a little high for the pro version ($19.99/month).

I used this app to add colour swatches and size options to my products and i found it easy and straightforward. The team support has been amazing. They are quick to respond and eager to do whatever they can to help. I would highly recommend this app. Michel

This app is just great, i were looking for an app to set up my options because i'm working on a travel booking website on shopify, the first shopify travel website and the product options by bold look perfect on my website, i also installed bundles app by bold but finally decided to keep the options app to try to set up my options like i wanted, i already did it, every options are fine, na not every options, i have a prob, my first option created is "choose your 3 combine up accomodations" so my customers will choose his first choice and the number of nights, then he have to click on "choose 2nd acmdt" and that's WHERE MY PROBLEM IS" for his second choice i want an option that will show him like a slide collection to give him possibility to show the images of the second hotel before he simply match and that will save it like his second choice, and the customer can click to "choose my 3rd" and the same process a slide collection of the package he book, that's just mean he can combine 3 accommodations in one of the 4 packages ( basic, premium, superior or luxury) and guess what for a unique price, i mean pay one hotel and combine 2 others..that's the only problem that stop me and i have to find a solution asap, the plan b will be to add a paragraph text option but i don't want my customer to research their 2nd accommodations copy the complete name and paste it, i want them to enjoy they "shopping" or booking ; hope someone can advice me or help me to find that solution, thanks a lot to all bold guru's for their suooprt and hope to read you again

Chintan helped me to integrate the Custom Name Field on the Product Page. Works very well now. 5 Star Support and of course 5 Star for Bold
