SC Product Options

We appreciate very much the SC Product Options for our store. It is super powerful and easy to use, and it enables us to do more customized types of product choices for our customers. We are also very thankful for the support we received from Emir regarding the implementation and recommendations for our specific requirements. Thank you!

We have been using Bold Product Option App for several years now. Started with Version 1 and have progressed to Version 2. The user interface with version 2 was slightly different but did not take long to get used to it. This version 2 gives us the ability to use swatches and pricing with our Lens Products and the conditional logic is essential. The only draw back has been the cross over with Time Zones causing some support reply delays. We recently had some access issues (Dec 2022), but with the support of Alina from Shopcircle.co this has been rectified.

This app was the one and only feature that made my shop possible, without it I wouldn't be able to add the options I wanted to my product pages. I love and would highly recommend it to anyone. The customer service was fast and great. Very nice people as well. I'm very happy :) Thanks guys!!!

I have two shops and Product Options is key in both of them. In one shop we sell books on subscription - as part of each subscription we send a birthday card to each club member. Collecting the birthday data before was a nightmare - often involving contacting customers one by one to get the info. This was further complicated when people wanted to order multiple gift subscriptions, so we'd get a big chunk of information we'd have to sift out of an email or the notes field in the shopping cart. Now we collect only the info we want. HUGE timesaver for us.
Our other shop sells letterpress cards. One of our products are cards we send to recipients anonymously. Without Product Options, people would have to check out multiple times for each separate shipping address. With Product Options we can collect the shipping address linked to each Anonygram so there's only one checkout. Another lifesaver. And finally, we also offer pick-and-choose card sets, where you can select any six card designs for a discounted price by just clicking off checkboxes. We wouldn't be able to offer this product without Product Options, and it's one our customers seem to enjoy.
All of that aside, their support is great - responsive and clear. One night I went to bed after accidentally screwing something up and when I woke up they had fixed it. The best. Thanks BoldApps!!!

Absolutely mission critical application - The only thing better than the application is the outstanding support Bold provides. Especially that Paul guy, he's particularly good.

The app works really well for us out of the box, and Cam and Wally from the support team have been immensely helpful and quick to respond when we've needed something more bespoke.

The app has allowed me to create the complex nesting options I need to let customers create customized jewelry designs. The support Bold gives has been stellar, and has meant I can use the app to its fullest potential. The support team is terrific!
