This app is a life saver. I find it very intuitive and it works very well for us. The staff was very responsive to my requests and got this up and running in our store very quickly. Can't thank you enough. I would highly recommend! Very helpful.
HORRIBLE.
After using Bold Product Options for years it was bought by Shop Circle.
From the beginning, it was impossible to get them to answer emails and get customer support. Literally weeks of no answer to multiple requests.
then I changed themes on Shopify to common Dawn theme.
The liquid disappeared from the order reports despite being in the front end.
easy enough I thought, just request they add the liquid.
They said I need to upgrade to V2, so I did.
Then the shopify orders report shows a million codes and snippets...they say nothing can be done with that.
Then the formatting of options got all weird.
Then all my conditional logic disappeared.
Then dropdowns show auto select.
Then pricing color fonts just randomly changed colors.
Then dropdown box sizes were running across all the page.
etc etc.
ALL OF THIS WAS HAPPENING RANDOMLY....THE SITE WOULD APPEAR FINE THEN THESE WOULD HAPPEN.
SINCE THEN I HAVE HAD TO THROW AWAY 5 THEMES BECAUSE OF BAD FORMATTING AND NOW THE SITE RUNS 5 POINTS SLOWER.
EVERY TIME I HAD SOMEONE FROM THEM TOUCH MY SITE IT WAS A DISASTER.

This app is the worst. We have used it for several years now and it always had issues but the issues and customer support has gotten so much worse overtime and now we are seriously looking at a replacement. We are launching a new color of our product tomorrow and all of a sudden Product Options stopped working - so we can't add that new color. Have been trying to get a hold of customer support all day - their live chat says wait time is 8 minutes but there's no one actually on that live chat and all we get is automated emails. Do not use this app, you will waste time and money.

The template we are using is not so simple to integrate with this sort of plugin but the team was very knowledgable and attentive to our inquiries and needs.
Awesome App! So happy I got it! You can make changes to some or all products all at once like add one or more options or comments for shoppers. If you are even thinking about it try it!
This app is a must have. It was super easy to setup an very well integrated with my shopify storefront. It increased by bottom line on day one by significantly reducing the number of varients within our paid plan. That kept us in the lower charge per month bracket while allowing us to significantly increasing the number of varients we offer with each product! Great Job, love the APP
App works well once you have everything set up. Online chat help has been very useful.
