SC Product Options

Ryan from the support team was quick to respond and was able to fix our problem in minutes. Amazing support for an amazing app!

We have a basic website and our items were only allowed 1 option such as color. We needed the ability for our customers to add more than one color to their items plus other options. This App was recommended to give us the ability to create numerous options for each item and It's only $10 per month versus a website upgrade that would have been $179 per month. We've already had reviews from our customers at www.jbsoutdoorsupply.com and they have stated ordering from us is MUCH easier now! Also it's very easy to create and attach the options to our items!

I've had this app running on my store for about a year and a half now. We offer up to seven options on a single product and we wouldn't be able to offer that to our customers without this app.

It does not work like a standard shopify variant because it adds a product sku to the initial product sku instead of modifying a variant sku. Basically, each BOLD option will show up as a separate line item in the customer's check out page. This works great for us as the options relate to swappable products within a bundle and keeps our inventory system very clean.

Having conditional logic also allows us to keep the default options simple for new customers but still allows us to offer advanced options for returning customers offering even more product customization without overwhelming customers.

Best of all, however, is their support. They DO NOT nickle and dime you for reasonable customization to their code. Working with one of their support techs is both quick and pleasant.

I see no reason to look into other product option apps.

I Love this app! I've been using it for about 2yrs , and with as many options as my store has to offer my store simply can't function without this app. You can really add as many options as you'd like within minutes! I truly appreciate the staff at bold apps they are always very helpful. This app is well worth the money. Thank you Bold Apps! Keep up the great work :)

This app is incredible,so easy to use and edit. Will save you literally hours of time,also check out the rest of bold apps great products. Wish i had known about "product builder" sooner, could of saved a lot of time and trouble. Ah well, we live and learn.Oh yes and the support team are awesome,did my liquid install within hours of requesting it, Highly Recommend.

A very useful app with an excellent support team. I highly recommend this app to every single store owner. I wish we had found it sooner, it makes things so much easier because the extent of customization a customer can get on products is unbelievable.

The nesting feature within options is great, as my products require several personalizing decisions. Brenden, Nick, and Guri were awesome teachers as I worked through how to do it. I just wish we could fully copy an option set, then build on it to make a new option set.

I was nervous at first because I saw in the history of reviews there were people saying they weren't getting customer service, but I took the leap and I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the level of service. They are extremely responsive and have even helped me troubleshoot a bug on my store that I thought was caused by their app but actually wasn't, but they helped me figure out what it was. Great product and great support!

I have been using this application to customize the products of my store and it is an excellent option, besides the support is fast and timely. Thank you Rifat for your support.
