This app is FABULOUS! Easy to use, great functionality and the support behind it could not be better. They even helped clean up the look in our theme at no extra charge. I have and will continue to encourage my friends to use the Shopify/Bold Apps combination.
This app is a game-changer. Where before I had to list a bunch of different variants, I can now apply changes across items - amazing. Also, got the upgrade for the conditional logic and it has made collecting custom information a breeze - before I had to collect it in a notes field in my checkout area where most people forgot to enter it, and I'd have to track it down after the sale (a real pain). This app does it all elegantly and well. And the Bold Apps support team is AMAZING. I had some integration trouble with my theme and one of their support guys stayed late to work through it with me. If I could give them ten stars, I would.
The app is good for creating the options. The support is quick and good. The app is worth a trial and can be used if suits the needs.

If we could give less than 1 star we would. Variants are not shown on the checkout page. So when a customer orders a product they will not see exactly what they are ordering, this will cause lots of abandoned checkouts like we have been experiencing. Customer service will get back to you within a day or so but as far as actually helping, you are on your own.
Too pricy compare to its competitors. I wish they could work on the price to bring to to a more reasonable level.
Our most valuable app. We provide custom aprons and needed a platform which allow our clients to custom on spot. This app is great and there support is amazing!
