Bold Product Options was great but has stopped working in the past week. No response from the new owners Shop Circle yet. Their support portal seems to be broken also, can't make an account to view my support ticket. *Update, finally managed to speak with someone on live chat & they fixed the issue within a few minutes.

Loving this app so far. The options are really great and the support is amazing! I wish I knew about it much sooner. I would have created my whole store with this app instead of integrating with shopify variants. Still working great though.

I needed this APP for my Homepage..
I downloaded it and i was so confused because there was so much things!

But it's good that you have great support. Jericho helped me a lot and was really nice to me!

Product Options is nice. BUT.... do not think you can create an order for the customer or recreate a new order because the 7 days authorization has passed...(mainly custom product sites, but isn't the point of product options?) Shopify "Draft" order and Product Options do not play together... As this is point of product options (to get around the limitations of Shopify options (only 3 per product) on a product, and Shopify support answer is to "create a draft" order, but you can NOT leverage product options to capture data when using "Draft" orders.

Using the app for about a year now. Love it. Has made me solid amount of money and will continue to do so in the future. The support is quick, friendly and highly competent. Would recommend this app to everyone.

We have been using the Product Option by Bold app for nearly a year. We are a large eComm site (for women’s fashion) with over 10,000 active product SKUs. Most of these products have very complicated option requirement as we heavily customize these products as per customer’s needs. The options a customer selects triggers a cascade of additional option because of the type of customizations we allow.

We looked at and evaluated a number of apps and came to a conclusion that no other app can really support the types of customization needs we have.

What was specially important for us is their customer service. The went over and above in solving a obscure need we had. The team seemed to be working round the clock on our ticket and handled each communication very very professionally.

I would HIGHLY recommend this team not just for their product but for awesome customer support

The app does more or less what it should expect that express checkout can't be used at the same time otherwise the extra cost from the option selected by the customers if not added to the bill which is deeply annoying as you have to call customers one by one all the time to process the payment.

The worst part, once i cancelled my plan with them, they have charged me until the 14.04.20 when my plan was cancelled almost a month before.

I believe that this strategy times the number of people using their apps make them a nice millions dollars on our back at the end of the year for free.
