SC Product Options

I installed the Bold Product Options for my website but I had some problems setting it up. Chatted with Paul from the support team online and he gave me a call and walked me through the process of getting everything up and running in no time. Great product but also great support team. Will be installing this app on my other webstore as well.

Customer service is incredible and the app paid for itself in one day alone. We were having a problem with so many options on some of our kits and this really helped out. The staff is great and straight forward on what they will and won't do. They also are pretty good at returning emails even on the busy holiday season. The team at Bold offer by far the best customer service of any 3rd party app developer I have dealt with on shopify. Immediate email responses, quick fixes, and in house app customization if you need to modify their apps to better suit your purpose.

great work-around to cover-up for Shopify's short comings on quantity discounts

This app is GREAT! We were using infinite options, a free app to allow us to have the variety of drop downs we needed for our product pages, but there was literally NO back-end to that app, so we weren't able to monitor inventory or stop selling specific options if we were out.
This app allows us a lot more flexibility! I have just started using the app and so i'm sure I will learn more about it and the functionality I can take advantage of for my store.
The BEST part is, BOLD customer service is absolutely AMAZING, I had SO MANY questions and I received same day (if not same hour) response time from them. They have an easy way to schedule a tutorial and live call with someone that will help explain all of the app's capabilities in terms that relate to your specific needs.
I received such incredible personalized customer service from Alexa and feel confident if I do run into any issues or questions, she will be there to help!
