Shubhneet and Alexa took care of me right away! I had some issues unique to my theme and they helped out quickly and efficiently! Great product and great service.
I love using Bold for my Shopify page. They helped us with adding more options and were so great with my (many!) requests for help. Julian and Jordan were super helpful! Not only did they configure my dropdown menus for me, but they explained the process to me via screenshots. I have had a few tweaks I needed help with and they were really quick and efficient (even during the holidays). I highly recommend Bold and their team. Great customer service. I'm a fan!
Took a little bit of effort to get it set up but the support people really came through and this app is doing exactly what I need to do - give customers an experience that very few others in my niche can provide: custom baby gift baskets.

I have run into 3 question setting up this app today and chat support was able to solve them all really quickly and efficiently. My only constructive criticism is that some of this could/should be covered in the product documentation but chat was extremely fast and probably better than me stumbling about. Nir was awesome!

We get calls and chats weekly about the product options not showing up for our customers. Contacted them with screenshot (specific browsers), but they said that their team didn't see it, so couldn't help. I find it hard to believe we are the only company seeing this issue. And I wonder how many customers actually don't contact us about the issue and just give up. I will have to look for another provide such as Hulk Product Options.

Nice app, technical support helpful in reinstalling after I botched the initial install.
After an initial delay for the install, it appears things will be resolved soon and I am really excited to used the app with the upgraded features on my store.
I look forward to adding an update once live.
