SC Product Options

Hello,
take this app since 2 years,
but not there a lot of problems since orders from 08.11.2022. Can you repair it?
Just shows me [FILTERED]. Thanks

I love this app! It just takes my store to the next level! Very easy to user, user-friendly and works like a charm. Most of all, the customer service from Julian is beyond awesome!! I've never encountered such superb customer service especially with a 3rd party app. Having fast and efficient response is what we busy store owners value most! Thank you soooo much Julian! We are building our first website with Shopify and getting our second app with Bold.
The first experience - Buy the Measurement - was very gratifying and I have Bold Team installing the app for us.
Now we decided to customize even further and got Product Options.
Because we needed some support, we have Mr. Tamer helping us all the way and - BAM! - getting ready for more apps.
For some reason we feel very comfortable with Bold - the apps seems to be more elaborated and professionally executed, despite the fact that needs a little bit more in the beginning the results are fantastic.

Bold Product Options is a user friendly app that is simple to use and works flawlessly. The customer support team is really on top of things. Open a ticket and they will stay after any issues you may have until you are comfortable using it. We turn to Bold apps as first choice when we need any extras stock shopify does not offer.

This App will sky rocket your sales by giving many options to Buyers.

This is an incredible app with some GREAT features. And it does ALMOST everything we want it to do. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because there is some room to improve (which their reps have even said is in the works). Additionally, the tech support for this app is INCREDIBLE!! I would give them 4.9 stars (only wish they were a little quicker, but usually within 24hrs.....I'm impatient). Samuel L was super helpful on our last inquiry, which was probably SUPER easy for him but gave us the attention and consideration that made us feel comfortable. As our experience with this app grows, we will definitely provide more reviews. Great app for stores that offer lots of customization and options. OUTSTANDING tech support!!!

Great Experience. I have been using this app for the last 2 months. It manages all my need. Customer support was brilliant.

Have been using this app for around a year. It works well to replace the variants but has one major flaw. Every time I add a new product the options do not show up automatically. I have emailed support numerous times and I have been directed to change a number in my theme code to reset the cache. This works sometimes but not all the time. Sometimes when I need to add a product in a pinch I cannot get the options to show and I have to wait for support to fix it. I have emailed numerous times and never gotten a solution that actually works all the time.

I would definitely recommend this app. It has allowed me to offer the multiple options i need for my products and it's easy to use!!!

I would love to give this app, which I upgraded to the Premium level, and its sister app, Quantity Breaks, a five-star review as it shows such promise, but I can't. I signed up on the 12th and 13th respectively and launched on the 23rd. I was desperately trying to get my products, most of which have minimum set quantities, to show the correct price.
Apparently I have pay for a Bold Apps expert to ensure that a product, which for example, comes in a set of 25 shows "25" in the Quantity box (despite being able to enter 25 units having no discount and 26+ units with a $ or % discount etc in Quantity Breaks), and not "1". Customers can also edit the minimum 25 in the cart to 1 so something is seriously amiss.
Bold Apps seems to be a victim of its own success because no coding can be done until late May and every time I have checked in the last week, Bold Apps live chat has no-one available to undertake chat. So you have to play email tag.
Proceed only if you are an expert coder, have all the time in the world, and only sell items in single quantities.
