Excellent app. just what we were looking for.

This one offers unique opportunities that can be configured to suit all requirements.
The learning curve is pretty easy going. The whole process takes only minutes to learn and apply.
We envisage many happy hours ahead as we fiddle and adapt the app to our own needs.
Best app ever, springs easily to mind.
And did we mention the excellent support team?

Great app that syncs perfectly with Shopify stores. Quick and available service as well. Highly recommend.

Support team were fairly hopeless. Took almost two weeks just to get into contact to get it installed. Finally when it was, design was all out of whack, but I trusted them to fix it, would end up 1 step forward and 2 steps back with simple changes mucked up. Once we recovered, I had multiple developers who needed their help with integration/fixing up their mess and once again they weren't very helpful.

Finally these guys were my saving grace when they brought out their version, https://apps.shopify.com/product-options-w3.

With a quick test, I uninstalled Bold in a heartbeat and haven't looked back. Stay away from Bold. You'll soon realise it's clunky, doesn't work very well & help is very superficial.

I tried this because I love Product Discounts and I figured that Product Options would be well integrated. It was not. Here Are the Issues I had with the plugin while it was live:
1. It did not update the cart total in the normal way so the Free shipping countdown by Free Shipping Bar did not show a proper tally.
2. It gave away a free Item on its first transaction. It did not charge the option fee to the customer so I had to eat the cost.
3. The solution support gave me to this was an unacceptable workaround, they wanted me to disable my PayPal express button.
4. If you run a storewide sale with product discount your product options will take 24 hours to update to the sale price, and then presumably take another 24 to revert to their normal price after the sale ends. This is unacceptable.

It might be a great plugin for your use, but for my use it was not acceptable.

Fantastic software just like every Bold App I have ever used for my stores. I received amazing support from Rony because I needed help with my set up. He went over the top to help navigate my special circumstances with the Themeforest Theme that my clients wanted which needed some special edits on the same day that I was trying to launch! Thanks again BOLD!

Very difficult to install but functionality looks good

For one more time i send an email and they dont reach back to me. I have issues and i cant work with them if they dont have good support.

I think it's a good app. I had tried a couple of other Options apps but this is the only one that has the flexibility that I need. The only issue is the support i think, because i send them an email to install for me and they did not reach back to me directly, as other apps do.

Intuitive and super simple - deploy optionals across products with ease and differentiate optionals amongst products in the same simple fashion - fast and solid!!!

Good app, but the Help Center website is badly structured. They make many other apps besides this one, and the worst part is that the support information for all of them is in the same reference page.
Every time you want to get documentation for this app, you have to check if the search result is about this app out of 40+ apps. While this is a good app, this stress is tremendous and wastes a lot of time.
At the very least, there should be a filtering feature on the support page.
Again, this is very disappointing because this app itself is a good app.

Great app! I am glad that I found it. It solved my need perfectly!
