Great app! and even greater support! Shout out to Jeff for helping me implement bold with the new Dawn theme.

First and foremost, themes matter. Be sure to talk to support and use the professional integration service for your theme and start testing with all of your payment methods to make sure the integration works - we had to escalate to a 2nd Tier programmer at bold to fix. Also check your email confirmations + shipping confirmations & have the bold team fix those to eliminate the "unnecessary" coding ~ the customer really doesn't need that gibberish in their box! We absolutely love this app. & use it on just about all of our products ~ It really works seamlessly, and is an excellent performer.

Wouldnt have a business without this app! Really hoping that they catch up and over take the competitors with a live preivew and live image preview app.. I've been using BOLD product options for over 6 years. It's an integral part of running our personalized anniversary gifts business. We have very complex options and tons of different products that include if/then conditional logic. It is ALL possible with this app! Honestly if it weren't for this app, I'd probably have to pay thousands to get a custom website developed, and would dread that.

The customer service is superb. I have contacted them over 25 times over the years and they are very helpful. Most recently, the agent over live chat fixed 2 custom code tweaks for me in less than 10 mins!

Have been using the app for a while. I had some issues that I needed to address and Rony was great at walking me through and getting everything back up to speed.

I installed this app excited to add additional custom options to our store. I was disappointed at first because the options did not match well with my store's theme. I was also frustrated with working with their chat customer service. I was asking them to help me figure out how to change the look of the options to match my theme. The person I was chatting with was not very helpful and kept referring me to change the display settings. Thankfully they referred me to someone else, David, who had more knowledge about fixing the cosmetic issue of having the options match my website. Thank you, David, for helping me, I am now very happy that the options look more seamless with the branding and look of our online store.

We make semi-custom clothing and our basic shirt comes in more than 3000 options. This app is one of the only reasons we are able to use Shopify. Also, since our products are made to order, it is imperative that we are able to export orders to our database as well as Shopify POS - including all the options. This was the ONLY app we could find that allowed us to do so. (Using Xporter by eShopAdmin - they work perfectly together!)

My only suggestions would be to enable me to to duplicate an entire Option Set because I have some products that have a single difference from another product and I had to set up a new Set from the beginning. You can add more than one product to the same Option Set if all the options are the same.

They did the install and have been very responsive to questions. Do not be put off by the price! It truly is the best Options app out there.

Easy to use the app and very customizable. I've had issues with other apps being too complicated and not streamlined well enough. The customer service is great and Mrunal really helped me out.

First I want to say that the customer service from Bold is beyond excellent. Rony was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting name engraving setup on our store. He even helped us to get the price to change on the product page when engraving was selected. This is truly a great app from a great company ...
