We installed Product Options back in 2013 when BoldApps managed it. Had minimal issues up until ShipCircle took over. Started having issue after issue. Back in 2024 we started experiencing app incompatiblity with Shopify's update and Shop Circle was clueless about their own app. I was promised "fix" after "fix" for months with no improvement. They didn't even know their own features offered on their upgraded plan. We lost thousands of dollars in revenue and discovered that Shopify doesn't stand behind their app developers OR store owners. I recently switched over to BigCommerce for numerous reasons and my only regret is that I didn't switch sooner. Major game changer for our business. The reps are helpful and actually care. Their knowledge base is amazing. I was a Shopify customer for 10+ years and their customer support is non-existent. BigCommerce is the way to go to prevent ALOT of frustration and wasted time.
We are loving the functionality of this app. Exactly what we need.
My audience tends to be older and could not see the smaller buttons on this app. They got in and fixed it right away so it is easier to see. Great customer service.
Very fast to help update the theme we use. I'd give them 1 more star if they just had a way to bulk upload for those of us doing large datasets.
Great app, been using for years. It has some quirks, but I find that it works the best for us compared to other apps.

Product Options works great when you need to ask customers for extra fields information when selling items. We've been using it production for several years now. Product support is both responsive and helpful to assist with product updates. Highly Recommended.
This app is invaluable to our shop -- it allows us to offer our customers clear and detailed choices for all of the personalization options we offer on our handmade toys. Their customer service is excellent.This is a MUST if you want your customer's shopping experience to be straight forward, easy to navigate, and easy to convert into sales!
I had a problem with the Product Options App. A newly created option would not show in checkout. I contacted customer support and they solved the problem on the same day: it was not the app. I had not realized that the option I had created was still in draft mode and after I had published it, the problem was solved. Thanks for your competent, fast and friendly help.
I have been using the SC Product Options for years now. Any issues or updates needed are swiftly resolved. Highly recommend.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have an emergency with my site yesterday and this team came to the rescue. They worked tirelessly in order to get my website up and running correctly. I HIGHLY recommend this APP and TEAM. Top notch all the way.
