This app has been an amazing asset to my website. It has allowed me to offer a wider array of products, giving me the opportunity to gain more customers. Very user friendly, I can't imagine not having it for my site!
Support has been excellent getting the options to match the other product options. This app is worth the money.

We use this with all of our teddy bear gifts Hugs Boxes because all of these have the exact same options - ready-made gift messages, custom gift messages, and signature fields. Using Product Options enabled us to easily roll-out these options across all products - instantly! Plus, their support has been top-notch! Great work!

This is a great little app. Easy to setup, use and keep updated. It's really a must have if you have any type of non-standard retail product that requires customization beyond just color, size, etc.
I love that this app has LIVE help! Paul helped me configure the conditions for an option I havel . I offer engraving as a paid option and wanted a drop down after someone clicked "yes". Couldnt figure it out for the life of me. After talking to Paul, it was done in 30 seconds. This app has worked out great for my new store . I migrated from WooCommerce on Wordpress

We have used the Bold Product Option app on our store for a few years now and it has consistently been very reliable. However, recently we experienced a small technical issue, so we reached out to Bold's Support for help. Product Options is great. It allowed me the flexibility of managing colors and other options without creating product variants which complicated my inventory management.
Splendid app. I will be recommending it to all my friends with Shopify. Now if only I could time travel and get back all those hours I spent last month trying to do with Shopify Variants what this Product Options app did for my shop in under an hour.

STILL one of my favorite apps for Shopify. (And the other app I find indispensable - Product Upsell - is also by BoldApps.)
I received terrific customer support when I switched themes. I had troubling coding the re-install. I made one mistake that messed up my install, and BoldApps support found it for me.
This app is awesome.
UPDATE 2018
It keeps getting better! I switched my shop to a new theme and thought I'd be manually adding code like last time, but oh no, BOLD has automated that for us. Click the "install" button and all of my product options were re-activated within the new theme in a very short amount of time. wOOt!
