I love that this app has LIVE help! Paul helped me configure the conditions for an option I havel . I offer engraving as a paid option and wanted a drop down after someone clicked "yes". Couldnt figure it out for the life of me. After talking to Paul, it was done in 30 seconds. This app has worked out great for my new store . I migrated from WooCommerce on Wordpress

We have used the Bold Product Option app on our store for a few years now and it has consistently been very reliable. Product Options is great. It allowed me the flexibility of managing colors and other options without creating product variants which complicated my inventory management.
Splendid app. I will be recommending it to all my friends with Shopify. Now if only I could time travel and get back all those hours I spent last month trying to do with Shopify Variants what this Product Options app did for my shop in under an hour.

STILL one of my favorite apps for Shopify. (And the other app I find indispensable - Product Upsell - is also by BoldApps.)
I received terrific customer support when I switched themes. I had troubling coding the re-install. I made one mistake that messed up my install, and BoldApps support found it for me.
This app is awesome.
UPDATE 2018
It keeps getting better! I switched my shop to a new theme and thought I'd be manually adding code like last time, but oh no, BOLD has automated that for us. Click the "install" button and all of my product options were re-activated within the new theme in a very short amount of time. wOOt!
I use this app to help me with customization services on my products. It's fairly easy to use once you get the hang of it. Rick, from customer service, was very quick to respond to my installation issues. Highly recommend!

The customer service is next to none with Bold, they show great service and are on top of whatever issue or question I have. The assistance provided by the Bold Team is amazing, the quick chat option is great for quick little questions and some harder lengthy items that need changing on our website is done in a timely manner with great communications during this process. The small videos sent to show how to fix it next time or to preview the changes made by the team is great.
