Product options is amazing. We have used this app for many years even before shop circle took it over. I can say since shop circle has taken over it has only gotten better. Their online chat is great for immediate attention and even when you need more support their tech staff is amazing. They are always helpful and accomplish what we need done and in a timely manner. Recent issue we had… shopify said it was the themes fault… theme developer said it was the apps fault… shop circle was not at fault but they worked to help resolve the issue. 5 star app and company.

We use this app to offer our specific hemming options, but were having some issues in getting our options to perform the way that we were hoping. I spoke with Daniel Peter-Salawu in the help chat and he was able to go into our shopify/bold account and help us to get everything straightened out in no time! He was extremely helpful and worked very fast to provide us with solutions. Very happy with the app and the customer support we received!

We needed something more robust than the standard variant options Shopify provides so we decided to give the Product Options app a try. It was exactly what we were hoping for and then some! Love this site. The App does everything you could hope and more. The customer service is friendly and fast and they try their best to spell everything out for people who are pretty clueless on how to begin. I recommend the video tutorial, it's very helpful. Having such tailored, customized options for my customers makes me feel like a professional. Changes are easy, I should know, I've changed my mind several times for the options I want to offer and this App makes it painless. Thanks guys--awesome work!

This app is invaluable! We create custom jewelry and certain products have 200+ variant combinations! If it wasn't for this app, I would be screwed! Easy to set up and works like a charm!

Great flexible app, excellent customer service. No complaints

I use this app to options for my customers to input their dog's measurements when they want us to make a harness by Custom Sizing. Since I'm not a techy I needed hand holding to make the app work with my new theme. Alina was wonderful and patient. With her skill it's working great!
