Let me tell you - the customer service is exceptional! I used other apps that didn't work and then I got here. Customer rep Jeff answered any question I had, and very quickly I should add. I wasn't waiting 5 minutes in between each question for an answer, I got my answers in under 2 minutes and we were on for over an hour. He walked me through an entire product setup and I already have a product set up with less than a few hours invested into this customized! I can tell you compared to a certain other customizer I was using, this should get 6 stars not 5.

The customer service is next to none with Bold, they show great service and are on top of whatever issue or question I have. I would like to give a shout out to Abhi and Guri for addressing my problem right away today which has been a huge headache for a couple of weeks now. Thanks guys, keep it up!

Omg, I just had the best customer support experience ever. Nir was a phenomenal support and helped me so much with organising how my products looked like. I heavily recommend!

I also have had help from Sukh, they were very helpful and I can't say a bad word. Thanks to them my webshop will work just fine!

It doesnt work how its supposed to and they have charged me for the service during my trial! I have requested 5 times to tech support that this be fixed and yet they do Nothing! 2 Months I have been waiting for them to fix this and all they do is message you back to say its fixed when you only have to look at my site to see it isnt fixed! They have cost me thousands of £ in lost business! The tech team could not care less! What a joke!!!!!

AWESOME APP!! I have just installed it and am testing it but it performs exactly as described and is the perfect solution to our shop. We do all personalized pet items and this is so easy to set up and a BIG time saver. They also helped me out installing the code for Ajax and did it in record time.

We have been using the app for a few months with our products having engraving options and we looked today and all of our engraving options were gone. The main point for the 1 star review is that you have to select all your products one by one for the options. you cant select entire groups of products which takes way too much time. If they fix it so you can select entire groups of products I will change my review to 5 stars. for now the app is useless.

Hi there, thank you for the feedback about our app. We're so sorry to hear that you ran into issues with the engraving options showing up on your products.

I saw that one of our product experts attempted to give you a call to discuss this better on Friday, however wasn't able to reach you. I was informed that by creating a collection of products that will have the engraving option on it, you can easily assign your options to that entire collection rather than selecting all products individually.

If you're able to, please respond to our latest email from our specialist, Nick, and let us know how we can better reach you! We'd love to be able to help you get Product Options working better - and more easily - on your store.

Amazing App!! It saved me prob over 50 hours bec my site has tons of diff options. The only prob is that it doesnt work with every theme so make sure your theme works with this app.

The idea of this app is great however it causes major issues at random times. The app support simply don't respond when it gets too hard. Save your money

First I want to say that the customer service from Bold is beyond excellent. Rony was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting name engraving setup on our store. He even helped us to get the price to change on the product page when engraving was selected. This is truly a great app from a great company ...
